Customers can discover eligible nearby stores or choose a specific Philippine delivery address. Merchants manage their own store details and menu, while Riders handle eligible deliveries and communicate around the order.
Our goal is to make local ordering easier to understand, easier to coordinate, and more accountable from start to finish.

Applications are reviewed separately by role, normally within 1–3 business days. Approval is not automatic; an approved applicant receives an email invitation to secure account setup. A store is not publicly orderable until onboarding and publication checks pass.

How do I reset my password?
Choose “Forgot Password?” on the sign-in screen and follow the email instructions.
Can I order for someone in the Philippines while abroad?
Yes. At checkout, choose or add the recipient’s delivery address in the Philippines and set its map pin.
When can I message my Rider?
Your order chat becomes available after a Rider is assigned. You can still report an app problem from Chat and Support at any time.
How do I report a problem?
Open the chat bubble, choose “Report a problem,” and include a screenshot if it helps explain what happened.
Do notifications appear when the app is closed?
Background push alerts are not enabled for the Android app yet. Check My Orders and Chat while Lokalex is open.
How do Special Requests work?
Send the item list to Riders in your delivery area. The assigned Rider sends an itemized price quote; you approve it before the Rider buys anything. The app uses the configured delivery and service fees, and the company commission is based on those fees—not the product prices.
